Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TrustScore Inner Circle community landing page ("Site") and participation in the TrustScore Inner Circle community on Skool ("Community"), operated by TrustScore, LLC ("TrustScore," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Site or joining the Community, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or join the Community.

2. Community Platform

The TrustScore Inner Circle is hosted on Skool.com. Your use of Skool is also subject to Skool's terms of service and privacy policy. TrustScore is not responsible for the Skool platform's availability, functionality, or policies.

3. Membership Tiers

Free Tier: Access to community discussions, Module 1, coaching replays, and resource library. No payment required.

Pro Tier ($47/month): Full access to all modules, live coaching with Q&A priority, templates, direct expert messaging, and exclusive content. Billed monthly through Skool.

4. Refund Policy

Pro memberships include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied within 30 days of your initial Pro subscription, contact us at support@trustscore.com for a full refund. After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro membership at any time through Skool. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period and then revert to the Free tier.

6. Educational Disclaimer

The Community provides educational content, tools, and peer support related to credit, business funding, and financial literacy. Nothing in the Community constitutes financial, legal, tax, or credit repair advice. TrustScore is not a law firm, financial advisor, or CPA. Always consult qualified professionals for your specific situation.

7. Results Disclaimer

Testimonials and case studies represent individual results and are not guaranteed. Credit repair outcomes depend on individual credit profiles. Business funding is subject to lender approval. Your results may vary based on your effort, financial situation, and circumstances.

8. Community Conduct

Members agree to:

  • Be respectful and supportive of other members
  • Not share copyrighted Community content outside the Community
  • Not engage in spam, harassment, hate speech, or illegal activity
  • Not solicit Community members for competing products or services without permission
  • Not share personal information of other members without consent

Violations may result in temporary or permanent removal from the Community without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content within the Community (courses, templates, videos, materials) is owned by TrustScore, LLC and is protected by copyright. Members may use materials for personal and business use but may not redistribute, resell, or share them outside the Community.

10. Limitation of Liability

TrustScore's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Site or Community is limited to the amount you paid for your membership in the 12 months prior to the claim. TrustScore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Community after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
